Erich Daum

Hello my name is Erich Daum and I am a lifelong resident of the Big Rapids area. I have earned both my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and Bachelor of Science Degrees from Ferris State University.

I have been in the insurance industry since 1996 and am currently licensed with the State of Michigan to sell property and casualty plus life and health insurance. I have earned my LUTCF designation, showing that I have been professionally trained in sales skills for the life insurance and related financial services industry.

I live in Big Rapids with my wife, Jodi, who is a math teacher at Chippewa Hills High School. We have three children named Garrett, Kirk, and Emma.

Cheryl Daum

Cheryl Daum has been a licensed agent for the Daum Agency since 2003.

Previously to joining the Daum Agency, Cheryl worked for the State Of Michigan, Office of Child Support for thirty-two years. She retired in October 2002 as Director of Field Operations for the Office of Child Support.







Megan Britton

Megan Britton is a customer service representative who has been with the Daum Agency since 2003.

She is currently working on her degree in education from Ferris State University and hopes to become a teacher after graduating. Megan also has strong ties to the educational community. Her mother works at Ferris State University and her father spent many years with the Mecosta Osceola ISD as a substitute teacher.




Danielle Wozny

Danielle Wozny is a new customer service representative and has been with the agency since September of 2005.

She is currently working on her bachelor's degree in nursing at Ferris State University. She plans on becoming a registered pediatric nurse for a few years and then hopes to either become a pediatric nurse practitioner or go into the education field and teach future nurses.
